Shipping and Return Policy

INDIA SHIPPING: We currently ship within India only



  • We offer free shippingin India for orders over Rs 5000/. For orders less than Rs 5000/- we charge a nominal shipping. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
  • Shipping charges may vary based on the shipment location.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated  between 2-8 business days depending on the shipment location
  • We only use reputable courier companies and/or Speed Post. We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier company as it is beyond our control.
  • Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
  • Shipments will be delivered between Mondays through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  • As soon as your package ships, we will intimate you your package tracking information through email.
  • All items in one order will be shipped to one address only.  For different shipping address, separate orders will have to be created for each order.

 Cancellation POLICY:

  • Cancellations will only be accepted of the order has not been shipped from our end.
  • Refund will be credited to the same bank account, used at the time of transacting, in 10-12 working days.

 Exchange POLICY:

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products but in the rare case of the product having any manufacturing defects, we would exchange the same. All this is backed by letting us know about it within 24 hours of receiving the products at the shipping address.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the store address.
  • Products that are eligible for exchange, should reach us within 7 daysof receiving the merchandise.

 Here are certain scenarios where We will NOT be able to support Exchange :

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received.
  • Products with tampered or missing price tags, fall/pico done on the sarees or blouse fabric cut out from the saree. 
  • Items that are returned without original packaging and original bills.
